In Years 10 and 11 we take the short course GCSE in Religious Education. Can we convert that to a full GCSE?

The Full GCSE course in Religious Education also appears in your Option Choices in Year 9. However, because it is blocked together with other subjects, the choice is tight and, since the half course is compulsory, many settle for that and chose another option. Therefore, to ensure that those who want to complete the full course get the opportunity of doing so, we now offer it as a Distance Learning possibility. To convert your half GCSE to a full GCSE, all you have to do is study for the other half GCSE, thus making a full GCSE. The beauty of a Distance Learning course is that you can do this at home, in your own time and, to a certain extent, at your own pace. The course tasks are available on this website.
