- Kaddish
- This is the Jewish prayer of sanctification which forms part of the synagogue service.
- Kashrut
- As used for the Jewish dietary laws to describe fit or proper food for Jewish people to eat.
- Ketubah
- The Jewish marriage contract, which is received by the bride from her husband and, which is signed by both.
- Ketuvim
- "The Writings" - the third section of holy scripture which makes up the Jewish 'Bible', the Tenakh.
- Kiddush
- A prayer of sanctification (setting aside as holy) said at the beginning of sabbath, with wine.
- Kol Nidrei
- The prayer which is intoned on the Day of Atonement by Jewish people asking God to forgive them for "all vain vows" - i.e. things which they promised to do but have not.
- Kosher (Kasher)
- This describes food that is fit or proper for Jewish people to eat. Sometimes the word 'clean' is used.
